In this post, you will find details related to the final evaluation of your submissions; both for YARC 107 Building Information I (Acronym: TOBI - Theory of Buildings) and YARC 109 Introduction to Architectural Design (Acronym: INTOARCH). Below are some general notes about the final evaluation of your work:
Your submissions were evaluated according to the following headlines:
You may find evaluation details for Mid-Term Examinations, Homeworks and Final Exams here.
You will notice that the final grade you get is always higher than the one that is listed in the pdf report which you will find from the above link. There may exist some missing data in your particular report. Do not worry, this is a technical error and I took this situation into consideration. This technical problem is a minor one that affects only a few students. For example, if you see that your final examination is "0" for the TOBI course (YARC 107) it is actually input as "35" to the OBIS system.
There are two mid-term evaluation items on the syllabus on OBIS system that we were unable to designate during the term because of unexpected holidays etc. Grading for those items are made according to the following criteria:
For YARC 107;
The quiz that had been held on ... ... ... was input as the mid-term delivery. Evaluation is simple: If you took the quiz within 30min. of the examination start, you got "100". If you arrived in class after that or did not attend the quiz at all you got "40"
For YARC 109;
A second attendance sheet was designated during a workshop in the studio. Students who attended that session got "100" for the mid-term jury. Other students got approximately the same note as the final exam.
I will provide you with more details within a few days...
